This past Monday on Raw Is XXX, Finn Balor was involved in the tag team title match accompanying The Judgment Day. The match was between Damien Priest and Dominick Mysterio of The Judgment Day vs. The Usos of the Bloodline for the Raw Tag Team Championship. Finn Balor was at ringside, along with Rhea Ripley, to accompany their faction member. Finn Balor tried to get involved in the match to help his faction members, but the referee caught him.

The referee inadvertently pushed Balor in an attempt to stop him. Balor then addressed the issue on Twitter, posting the video as proof of getting assaulted by the referee. He also made a formal complaint to WWE official Adam Pearce against the referee. Adam responded to the tweet in a humorous manner and addressed the complaint. Addressing Balor’s issue, Pearce mentioned the series of attacks on him during his tenure as an official in the WWE and also sincerely lodged Balor’s complaint as an official.

Pearce described being f-fived by Brock Lesnar, Superman punched by Roman Reigns, arm-barred by Ronda Rousey, and many other things in his tweet. But he promised to take care of Finn Balor’s complaint by duly noting it. The referee of the match, Eddie Orengo, also replied to Balor’s tweet. He replied to Balor’s complaint by stating that he was just doing his job. This back-and-forth spree on Twitter must have been a comic relief for fans and also for Balor and Pearce.

The Judgment Day, led by Finn Balor, has been a dominant force

It all started last year at WrestleMania in a match between Edge and AJ Styles. The rated “R” superstar Edge was the man behind the creation of “The Judgment Day.” In the match between AJ and Edge, Damian Priest helped Edge defeat AJ Styles. After that, Edge beat AJ again with the help of Rhea Ripley this time. At the start, Judgment Day with Priest and Ripley, led by Edge, was promising. But they did not seem dominant, even after all their tactics. On an episode of Raw last year, Finn Balor joined the group, and the faction betrayed their leader in a shocking moment. After kicking Edge out of the group, Judgment Day headed in a completely new direction.

Ever Since Triple H took over as the head of creatives, Judgment Day has been more dominant than before on Raw. Throughout the last year, they were involved in a feud against Rey Mysterio and Edge. In addition, Rey’s son Dominick joined The Judgment Day last year, betraying his own father. The booking has been decent as they head to 2023 with new goals in mind. The faction’s members have also stepped up their game. With Rhea Ripley heavily rumored to win the women’s Royal Rumble match this Saturday, Finn Balor is also rumored to get a major push this year.

Reports state that Balor and Edge are set to square off in a match inside Hell in a Cell, possibly at WrestleMania. The match will be a continuation of their rivalry from last year. Finn Balor’s “Demon” persona may also make a comeback this year, according to rumors. Possibilities are endless for the Judgment Day members as each of their careers moves in a new direction in the upcoming months.
