After months of great storytelling on TV, the best friend duo of Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn finally got together in a cathartic moment on the road to WrestleMania. However, they might not be the only ones to reunite, as Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano’s names start afloat.
According to WRKD Wrestling on Twitter, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn might not be the only “Frenemies” to see the light of day and rejoin forces. They go on to specifically point out the possibility of a DIY reunion following WrestleMania. The tweet they shared also consisted of a quote from Johnny Gargano’s recent interview where he talks about the same in an interview with Catch Club.
Talking about the prospect of reuniting with Tommaso Ciampa, Johnny Gargano said, “You never know. I think as long as me and Tommaso Ciampa are in the same company, or even in wrestling, in general, we will always be linked together. There was always that idea of what would happen if DIY was on Raw and SmackDown, the amount of dream matches that could kind of that. So and I think we haven’t scratched the surface of that yet. So people would love to see it. It sounds that way.”
If the DIY gets a similar story as Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn there is no doubt that the fans are in for another great story for weeks to come.Tommaso Ciampa is not seen in the ring since September last year, rehabbing from his hip surgery. Recently, the WWE superstar promised to be back as “the absolute best version of [him]” in an Instagram post.

Will DIY challenge Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn following WrestleMania?
Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn are gearing up for one of the most high-profile matches of WrestleMania weekend. The recently reunited best friends will take on the real-life brothers The Usos for the Undisputed tag team titles. However, more than the titles the personal story behind the match has raised its stakes significantly higher.
As far as the result goes, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn are likely to walk out of the SoFi Stadium as the new tag champions. While a rematch between the teams could be on the card, amidst these new reports DIY could also be the tag team to step in line for a title shot. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn belong to a different era of NXT then the one in which Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa rose to prominence. The two teams with similar stories of rivals turned friends, and four top superstars of black and gold that never met in the ring, needless to say, the story writes itself.
