Rhea Ripley is scheduled to defend her coveted Women’s World Title at WrestleMania XL against Becky Lynch. There is no doubt that there is huge animosity between the two Superstars and weeks of tensions between them prove that both can’t stand each other. The Man recently shared her side of the story regarding her upcoming title match at ‘Mania 40.

Recently, Becky Lynch was interviewed by ClutchPoints where she spoke about her WrestleMania match and her memoir. The 37-year-old Superstar expressed her desire to open the show if she doesn’t get to main event. Moreover, the Irish wrestler wanted to open the show so she can have enough time to enjoy her husband, Seth “Freakin” Rollins‘ main-event later on at WrestleMania Saturday.

I would love to open the show. I've never opened WrestleMania before. And to open this one, as big as it is in Philadelphia, I'm just putting that out there. Give me enough time that I can relax and really enjoy Colby (Seth Rollins) main eventing WrestleMania and getting to watch him do that because that will be so special.

On Raw this week, The Irish Lass Kicker confronted Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio. The 2-time Raw Women’s Champion criticized the Champ for not wrestling actively on WWE’s flagship. Moreover, she claimed that she would bust her “a**” on Raw every week, meanwhile, The Eradicator would post her “a**” online.

The Eradicator described her upcoming match as the biggest match of her career so far. Both the Superstars have crossed their paths multiple times in the past. Moreover, Big Time Becks might prove to be the biggest challenge in the Australian wrestler’s title reign so far. Furthermore, the specific night for the match to go down has not been determined yet.

Becky Lynch knocks out Dominik Mysterio and attacks Rhea Ripley

In their promo battle on Raw this week, Becky Lynch and Rhea Ripley took multiple shots at each other. Lynch accused The Judgment Day member of always showing up after the former had just finished a match. Furthermore, Becky was enraged when Ripley stated that at WrestleMania, Becky’s daughter would call her “Mami”.

The inaugural SmackDown Women’s Champion warned the 27-year-old Superstar to not utter her daughter’s name again. “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio stood up to the Sixth Women’s Grand Slam Champion for his Mami. As a response out of sheer anger, the wrestling veteran knocked DomDom out cold. Moreover, she exchanged blows with the Women’s Champ.

Despite having the odds against her, Becky continued her onslaught and wreaked havoc on both of them. Referees and officials rushed to stop the WrestleMania opponents. Even though Latino Heat tried to be the peacemaker, he got another series of punches from The Man. With less than two weeks away from their match, things continue to heat up between the two of the greatest female wrestlers of all time.
