When Becky Lynch’s bloodied nose on Raw lead to a massive turnaround of her WWE career
Becky Lynch bleeding following that massive right hand back in 2018
Becky Lynch is one of the greatest female wrestlers on the entire planet today and her championship winning list just not ends with such ease. She’s a former 4-time Smackdown Women’s Champion as well as she held the Raw Women’s Championship twice in her career so far. In addition to being a 2-time Raw Women’s Champ, she also holds the record for holding that title for maximum days in the entire history of the red brand’s title.
She won the 2019 Women’s Royal Rumble match and later became one of the three women alongside Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair to main-event Wrestlemania. At the event, she defeated both of them to win the Raw and the Smackdown Women Championship simultaneously. But do you know how Becky Lynch’s “The Man” character came into existence? Well, we have to take it back a bit down the memory lane.
The clock is being set in November 2018 around the time when Survivor Series was right there knocking at the door. One the November 12th, 2018 edition of Monday Night Raw when Team Raw’s Women’s Survivor Series team captain was laying out instructions to her teammates, the camera rolled backstage where Becky Lynch from Smackdown was seen holding Rousey’s arm through the Dis-arm her in a brutal fashion. Following that Becky made her entrance into the arena and soon all hell broke lose as the entire Team Smackdown invaded Raw and entered the ring to launch an attack on members of Team Raw standing in the ring.
Ronda Rousey also came down running to the ring in a pursuit to beat Becky but was clearly seen favouring her arm due to the backstage attack launched on her by Becky herself. Lynch later attacked Ronda Rousey through some steel chair shots and soon they all retrieved from the ring as the damage was done but during all the melee, Becky was heavily bleeding off her nose and to be very honest although it was serious healthwise it was rather looking BADA*S on television as the attack felt even more vicious and purposeful.
Later that week on Smackdown, a footage aired revealing Nia Jax as the real reason behind Lynch’s bleeding nose as she was seen connecting a massive right hand near the nose of Becky Lynch and after which she started bleeding insanely. To a bummer, Becky Lynch was unable to compete at the Survivor Series event later that week on Sunday. Following this infamous incident several reports claimed that due to her unsafe actions over Becky, the giant Nia Jax develop some backstage heat on herself.

Whenever Becky’s theme hit, fans were compulsarily going nuts. Maybe due to this nuclear reaction from the crowd, WWE decided to push Becky to the next level.
The following year in January she won the 30-women Royal Rumble match last eliminating Charlotte Flair and later became the Raw as well as the Smackdown Women’s Champion in a Winner Takes All Triple-threat match at Wrestlemania 35. After this, Becky Lynch grew more as “The Man” winning major matches and headlining shows. This year at Wrestlemania she lost her record breaking Raw Women’s Championship to Bianca Belair in a classic wrestling match.
