To honor the aficionado Bray Wyatt was, WWE is set to release a documentary next month. Premiering on April 1st, “Bray Wyatt: Becoming Immortal” promises to delve into the late Windham Rotunda‘s ascent to stardom. It’s said to feature exclusive footage from the WWE archives and interviews with the likes of Triple H, John Cena, Hulk Hogan, Becky Lynch, and Bo Dallas, Wyatt’s brother.
The doc will be narrated by Mark William Callaway, better known to fans as The Undertaker. A trailer for the said documentary was released yesterday, which tapped into various phases of Wyatt’s WWE career. Last night on Raw, a brand-new piece of footage was aired that also featured Taylor Rotunda, aka Bo Dallas.
Back in January, Dallas was reported to be shooting content for WWE. And it can now be assumed that he was contributing to the documentary. A lot has changed since Windham’s demise. But what remains constant is the revered soul of Wyatt, which his close ones and fans in general will cherish for the rest of their lives.
Wyatt’s fiancé, JoJo, has an obvious role in the documentary. An excerpt of her encomium for Wyatt saw her quote that Rotunda was best at being a dad. Both JoJo and Wyatt were close to knotting their marriage ties, but it was not to be. WWE’s Chief Content Officer, Triple H, has also reacted to the groundbreaking announcement.
He said that there was no wall that Wyatt wouldn’t break down in the name of storytelling. And as the fans know, The Game orchestrated a picturesque “white rabbit” storyline to initiate the comeback of The Eater of Worlds at Extreme Rules in 2022. It was, as they say, poetry in motion.
Is Bray Wyatt getting inducted into the 2024 Hall of Fame?
Months before this year’s WWE Hall of Fame class was announced, fans manifested for Bray Wyatt‘s induction. However, out of the announced inductees, Wyatt’s not in there.
And as per Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE does not plan to bestow that honor upon him in 2024. The impression is that he would be in those shoes sooner than later, but not this year.
It might have to do something with Paul Heyman being the potential headliner of inductees, as the ceremony is staged in Philadelphia.
Less needs to be said about Heyman’s deep roots in the City of Brotherly Love. However, as for Bray Wyatt, some fans believe the former Wyatt Family leader should obtain a solo induction. But there’s nothing assertive about it.
