Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley met for the very first time after the announcement of their match at WrestleMania during the recent episode of Friday Night SmackDown. While the segment focused more on the interaction between Dominik Mysterio and Charlotte, Rhea didn’t fail to leave her impact on the audience.
The long conversation that took place between Charlotte Flair and Dominik Mysterio left the WWE Universe focused on various topics. At one point amidst this conversation, Dominik was talking highly of his ‘Mami.’ To this, Charlotte brought up the mention of her husband Andrade El Idolo. This marked the start of them getting into their personal lives.
Soon after the segment, Rhea Ripley’s real-life boyfriend Buddy Mathews took to his official Twitter handle to express his support for Ripley saying, “Mami has a Real Papi also!” The couple, however, has a great relationship off the screen and never fails to stand by each other at all times. The tweet soon reached the eyes of Charlotte Flair’s husband- Andrade El Idolo. He gave a middle finger emoji reaction to Buddy Mathews’ tweet. The audience is all hyped by the budding rivalry that is involving both couples. Some fans also considered it a hint for a probable match between Charlotte Flair and Andrade El Idolo against Rhea Ripley and Buddy Mathews in future.

Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley feud will turn out to be massive

Rhea Ripley earned her title shot at WrestleMania as she stood tall in this year’s 30-woman Royal Rumble match. She created history by staying inside the ring for over a hour and winning the same being the first entrant. The match brought out the potential that the Eradicator carries to face any obstacle that comes her way.
Having the opportunity to challenge either Bianca Belair or Charlotte Flair for the WWE RAW or SmackDown Women’s Championship, she preferred going against Charlotte. There’s a lot of stored history between these women that’ll surely play a factor in their showdown.
