In a recent interview with NDTV Sports, Drew McIntyre spoke about the moment he felt his domination in the WWE. He stated that the Royal Rumble 2020 is his favorite match, and that was the moment he demonstrated to everyone that he is not the future, but the present. McIntyre recalls eliminating Brock Lesnar and the 40,000-person audience going insane, claiming it felt like the start of his dominance.
“If I have to pick my one favourite match, then I would choose Royal Rumble 2020 because that is when I thought I broke through and showed everybody that I am not just the future guy, but the present guy. I eliminated Brock Lesnar and 40,000 people went crazy and then I won. I felt like I finally arrived.”
