It has been a roller coaster ride for WWE fans as the company announced the release of a number of superstars, including Dolph Ziggler. One of the world’s top stars, Dwayne Johnson, penned a heartfelt note for the recently released superstars. The Rock appreciated Ziggler and called himself a forever fan of The Show Off.

The Hollywood star recently took to X to express his gratitude to Dolph Ziggler on behalf of the pro wrestling industry. Moreover, The Rock said, “I’ll always be a supporter and fan. Can’t wait to see what he (and everyone) does next…” The Rock appreciated Ziggler for his in-ring accomplishments in his 19-year career in WWE.

Furthermore, The Great One also revealed that these days are very tough for all the superstars who were released amid the budget cuts. The Rock specifically praised the former Intercontinental Champion for his remarkable career in the Stamford-based promotion. Along with that, he went on to say that he would always remain Dolph’s fan and supporter.

He recently shared unseen footage of his backstage moment just prior to his theme song hitting the arena. The Great One reacted to it expressing his exhilaration to fans.

He wrote an interesting long caption saying, “Cool look from backstage when my music hits—I’m hyped, focused, and locked in, but this stuff makes me smile every damn time I walk through that curtain.” The Brahma Bull also expressed his gratitude towards the WWE Universe for showing him this love.

Moreover, Dwayne Johnson revealed that the crowd’s reaction has been one of the loudest in his career. He said, “This crowd eruption is one of the loudest reactions I’ve ever experienced in my grateful and lucky career.” The Rock even teased his involvement at WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia.
