“Terrible way to end this match”- Fans express disappointment with the finish to Brock Lesnar vs Bobby Lashley match at Crown Jewel

The start of the Crown Jewel Premium Live Event started with a bang, with Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley facing each other in a singles match. The match was won by Lesnar as he overcame Lashley’s hurt lock by putting him down on the mat and made sure that he was down until the count of three.

After the match Lashley wasn’t done and put Brock Lesnar in the hurt lock again, which exhausted and put The Beast incarnate in a lot of pain. Bobby Lashley gave fans the heelish vibes at the end after committing the act.

The rivalry between Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar began when Brock Lesnar attacked Bobby Lashley on the October 10^th edition of RAW. Lesnar as usual displayed his brutality on the day and injured Lashley.

The injury cost Lashley the match against Seth Rollins and his reign as the United States Championship ended that day. Thereafter the two were involved in brawls on recent editions of RAW, where they would be stopped and separated by the WWE officials and even some wrestlers.

This wasn’t the first time that Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley fought against each other, Prior to Crown Jewel, they have fought against each other three times during their feud for the WWE Championship. Out of the three bouts, they have fought in just one singles match which was at the Royal Rumble. The first match occurred at the Day 1 PLE and it was a fatal five-way match for the WWE Championship, which involved Bobby Lashley, Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins, Big E and Brock Lesnar, who triumphed at the match.

The singles match at Royal Rumble for the WWE Championship was won by Bobby Lashley but he had an advantage as Roman Reigns interfered during the bout and attacked Brock Lesnar. Thereafter the met each other at the Elimination Chamber PLE, where Lashley was sidelined due to an injury in the midst of the match and lost the WWE Championship, which was won by Brock Lesnar. This was the last time that Lesnar and Bobby Lashley shared a ring. So by all means, there was an unfinished business between the two.

Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar bout ending was a lousy one

The Match was an entertaining one which kept us engaged but the sudden finish wasn’t well received by the fans. The WWE Universe wanted so much more from the match and it would have been better if the finish would have been something else than this. The ending was lousy and bland but the chemistry between Lashley and Brock Lesnar in the match was amazing and both were dominant in the bout. Fans would surely love to see Lashley and Lesnar in the battlefield once again and they sure will as the rivalry between them hasn’t been over as it seems.
