The Best in the World had everyone gunning to run through a brick wall following his return at Survivor Series.

Fan yells at Champion for CM Punk [via- WWE and Krouxer on X]
If there’s still a chunk of fans buzzing over CM Punk’s WWE return at Survivor Series, it’s fine. He’s got the entire world talking without even uttering a word. The packed house at the Allstate Arena in Chicago went berserk when Punk’s Cult of Personality struck. It appears like his fellow WWE superstars have also kind of gotten carried away.
Having said that, Finn Balor had quite an amusing interaction with a CM Punk Stan (die-hard fan) while heading to the back after Survivor Series went off the air. In a video that is being pounced upon like a sweet potato, a fan lunged at Balor and yelled to get him out of the building. Finn did notice it, and he took it professionally. The Irishman came closer to that fan, smiling, and simply asked him to tweet about CM Punk.

Then, it got even more hilarious. The fan told Balor that he’s going to take CM Punk over him on any given day. The passionate fellow even affirmed that Phil Brooks held the WWE Championship for 434 days, taking a jab at Balor’s 24-hour run with the Universal title. And just like that, the amusing interaction between Balor and a member of the WWE Universe concluded.
Balor could’ve lost it right there. Instead, he chose to stay calm and dealt with the situation like it was nothing, avoiding any chance of mess at the entrance ramp. At the end of the day, it was a wholesome scene between two passionate hearts. One who’s still doing it at the highest level at 42 years old, and that fan who couldn’t soak in the adrenaline from Punk’s return.
WWE has announced CM Punk for this week’s Raw
Well, the fans need not wait too long for CM Punk’s next WWE appearance. As confirmed via the official WWE account on X, The Best in the World will appear live on tonight’s Raw from Nashville.

As of writing, Punk’s last night’s return from Survivor Series has roped in a whopping 87 million+ views across WWE’s various social media platforms. On YouTube, it took just 18 hours to gain a staggering 3 million views for the same cause.
Needless to say, the decision to bring in CM Punk was probably the bravest call Triple H has ever made. Some would still say it could be a ticking bomb, but the other side of the coin has money written all over it. The amount of business Punk can do for WWE in what would be his last run is just unimaginable.
