Apart from his exceptional career in WWE as a wrestler, Xavier Woods is also a fan of video games. Recently, His tag team partner and former WWE Champion Big E talked about the impact Woods’ YouTube channel had on bringing the locker room together. 

While talking on the WWE After The Bell podcast, the former WWE Champion emphasized the impact Woods had on the wrestling industry. Big E told Corey Graves and Kevin Patrick that he is proud of Xavier, who started the YouTube channel with Tyler Breeze. The show has been around for the past 8 years. The show has featured superstars like Seth Rollins, Matt Riddle, Finn Balor, Liv Morgan, Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, AJ Styles, and many others.

According to Big E, the YouTube channel for gaming has helped the industry, as it has helped superstars come together and form great friendships. Functional relationships in the locker room are very important as they might lead to various issues that might damage the reputation of the company.

Gaming has boomed among wrestling fans in the past decade due to the UpUpDownDown channel. Additionally, AEW Superstars like Kenny Omega, Young Bucks, Adam Cole, and many others also have streams on platforms like Twitch, Discord, YouTube, etc. where they play video games.

Xavier Woods choose his favorite Tag Team from the past

Xavier Woods has been a part of one of the greatest teams in WWE history. The New Day is one of the most decorated teams and has been together for almost a decade. Big E, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods have won the Tag Team Champions 11 times together. While talking in an interview, Woods was asked which is his favorite tag team.

Woods said, “My favorite tag team is probably Billy and Chuck, mainly because of their matches with the Hardys. As a fan, it was the first time that I noticed, ‘Hey, these guys are huge, the Hardy Boyz are not huge, but the Hardy Boyz can still knock them down.’ And so, in my teen head, I was like, ‘Man, this is how wrestling should be.'”

Woods revealed that he has been a fan of Billy and Chuck. Billy Gunn and Chuck Palumbo teamed up towards the end of the Attitude Era. They won the Tag Team Championship twice during their time together and were popular among the fans.
