Well, it seems like Xavier Woods got impressed by the hip-swiveling characteristic of Jamaal Williams. As known, the American Football Running back guided Detroit Lions to an indispensable victory against the Green Bay Packers, last Sunday. With this, the Packers can count themselves out of playoffs contention. However, forced by habit, Williams performed his controversial touchdown celebration, which caught NFL officials by disgrace, during the game.

As a result, the former Packers star got fined worth $18,566. This came after Williams already had a prior warning for his actions. Now, current one-half of NXT Tag-Team Champions Xavier Woods has something to say on the matter. For the WWE audience, it’s pretty easy to recognize how The New Day act like. They’re a fun-loving hip-swiveling trio who always pops the viewers.

But that’s just not it. The New Day member, Xavier Woods took to his Twitter account and quoted Williams’ infamous celebration, in his own way. Xavier questioned if the NFL star was fined for what he did, how much that would cost The New Day in WWE. Since their inception, they’ve shaken their buts to everyone’s delight. As of now, The New Day is incomplete with the exclusion of Big E. The Powerhouse of The New Day has been out since March 2022, owing to a devastating neck injury. Since then, Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston have performed as a Tag-Team.

For what it’s worth, the dynamic duo tasted massive success recently. On the December 10th edition of NXT: Deadline, Kofi and Xavier defeated Pretty Deadly to capture the NXT Tag-Team Titles. This move got massively appreciated among the WWE Universe, as for months they’ve been clamoring for something fresh for The New Day.

Now, Kofi Kingston has already announced his participation in this year’s Royal Rumble match. As far as Xavier Woods goes, he’s yet to confirm the same. So being said, it’s quite possible that Woods will also end up being in that match. With their third member uncertain about his wrestling future, the two-thirds of New Day have done a fairly good job in entertaining their fans.
