“If You Smell…” were the words that erupted heavy pops from the fans seated at Pechanga Arena. The San Diego fans stood up as the WWE legend, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, appeared on Raw after nearly seven years. The first episode of Raw in 2024 was named ‘Raw: Day 1’ and was made special by The Rock. But Grayson Waller has taken a shot at this shocking moment and recalled the time when The Bramha Bull appeared on SmackDown in 2023.

The Aussie Icon took on X to tag Austin Theory and remind him of his encounter with The Rock. Waller, due to his heel nature, stated that Theory destroyed Johnson on the mic during their SmackDown segment. He also added that he was the ‘flop‘ who ran away to Raw after going up against Theory a few months ago.

Grayson Waller has formed an impressive partnership with Theory on SmackDown. Adding to his outspoken nature, he backed ‘The Now’ of WWE and put him over The Great One. This is not also the first time Grayson has taken shots at The Rock but has been consistent in doing so.

Dwayne’s appearance on the first Raw episode of 2024 delivered a remarkable segment with Jinder Mahal. Rocky was seen interrupting the Modern Day Maharaja as he insulted the USA and San Diego crowd. The People’s Champ did not hear much of Jinder’s talk and laid out that former champion with his moves.

The return of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has made it to the headlines in a shorter while. The fact that The Great One appeared on the very first Raw episode of 2024 gave the WWE Universe hopes for a huge foreseeable year. Considering the magical moment, Cathy Kelley also felt it at Raw backstage.

Kelley took to Instagram to post two pictures of her interviewing Dwayne. The first picture saw her pointing the mic toward Johnson while he had the World Women’s Championship on his shoulder. The next picture was iconic as the title’s owner Rhea Ripley was added to the mix and stood beside Kelley.

The caption was beautifully quoted by Kelley with her hopes for 2024. She wrote of being unsure of the whole year but feeling happy while thinking about Raw Day 1. With 365 days ahead of her, she is even more excited and feels good about it.
