Corey Graves named Seth Rollins as his "2022 MVP of WWE," with the WWE commentator being impressed by the former Shield star. 

WWE had a very successful year in 2022, as in-ring quality improved with famous stars like Sheamus, Roman Reigns and Bianca Belair fulfilling the high demands of fans. However, Corey Graves believes Seth Rollins is his “2022 MVP of WWE” as the commentator is in love with his performance during the last “After The Bell”.

One of the most successful parts of Seth Rollins’s career this year was his rivalry with Cody Rhodes, due to which people got to see three fantastic trilogy of battles. Graves thinks it’s just the block of his empire as he feels that next year for Rollins will be more promising. Graves has been thrilled with the former US Champion this year, but he expects more from him going ahead.

Graves talked about his choice for the “Match of the Year” spot on ‘After the Bell’ podcast. WWE commentator Corey Graves thinks Cody Rhodes vs. Seth Rollins is the greatest match of 2022. Rhodes was the one to enjoy the victory at WrestleMania 38 in April after he beat Rollins.

Cody Rhodes is facing a shoulder injury since Hell in Cell match in June 2022 and he might return in 2023 to fight Rollins again. Graves and Rollins faced each other for the NXT Championship match back in 2013. Graves decided to retire early due to an injury and continued working as a commentator and analyst.

Corey Graves is saying that 2023 is shaping up to be the biggest year for Seth Rollins as the player is done figuring out who he is and what personality is best for his career to reach the top, with his current persona often given a charming push by the WWE Universe in the ring as a token of gratitude, which he usually directs to engage the crowd more.

Since Seth Rollins and Corey’s adventure began in Florida and they both sang together, he says, Seth Rollins has desired to be a top priority player in the WWE. In Corey’s mind, he’s on a different level than any other WWE superstar.

His fans consider him as one of the best wrestlers in the modern world, and WWE has consistently pushed him, winning world titles and other honours. He and Triple H have been competitors, friends, and foes, culminating in a WrestleMania 33 fight. After six years, it’s intriguing to see how their tale fell apart for good, and many say it has made his character more independent, which is important for a player to be the face of the WWE.
