“That’s unbelievable,” Jimmy Jacobs makes a shocking claim about the former WWE Chairman’s behavior toward employees

Jimmy Jacobs, a former WWE wrestler and content production employee, reveals an exciting story from backstage. He said that the former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon almost fired a writer named Ryan Callahan because he entered the room without his permission. We know that this might not be a good reason to fire someone, but this is one of the most McMahon moments.

Vince McMahon decided to step down as WWE Chairman after dedicating 40 years of his life to the company. He is always known for his super strict attitude and insists his rules and regulations are followed while working.

Jimmy Jacob did not just want to contribute to the WWE with wrestling. Still, after retiring from professional wrestling in 2015, Jimmy Jacobs took on a creative team and producer position as a writer for WWE from that year until 2017.

He might not be as big as a megastar like Steve Austin, John Cena, or anyone else fans cheer for, but during his short stint, Jacob always had a vision of contributing to the industry. He was Ring of Honor tag team champion with Seth Rollins.

Jimmy Jacobs on Vince McMahon

Former WWE artist Jimmy Jacobs spoke about his time on the Insiders podcast at AdFreeShows.com. According to Jacobs, Vince McMahon always displayed rude behavior toward his employees. But he said that people couldn’t even sneeze in front of him because he would make an imaginary shield to keep the germs from getting to him. He almost fired fellow writer Ryan Callahan for coming into the office without his permission.

“One of my first, maybe my first month there, my closest friend on the team, on the writing team, almost got fired because he came into Vince’s [McMahon] office without knocking. Vince had said,’ Fix up this promo and come back to me.’ So he fixes the promo, and he comes back to him. He doesn’t knock, and Vince wanted to fire him,” Jimmy said.

However, he says later in the podcast that Ryan is lucky because he has good relationships with the board directors, and they knew that firing an employee for a reason like this is not fair to a person who always gets credit for his amazingly creative and writing abilities for WWE programming. Jacobs is currently working for IMPACT wrestling, and he also makes a lot of money by appearing in podcasts where he talks about what’s inside WWE.

Since Vince departed earlier this year on July 22, Triple H has been in charge of WWE, as there were allegations of sexual misconduct and hush money claims, as well as a WWE board inquiry into Vince McMahon. People say that Triple H is pretty good at handling the new era of the WWE, which they thought was dying in the last 8 years under Vince.
