Nowadays, our once upon a time favorite WWE superstar has transitioned himself into a whole new role as he’s the acting Mayor of the Knoxville City and been continuously working for the well-being of the people over the past few years. Kane has not wrestled since Crown Jewel 2018 where he teamed up with The Undertaker against D-Generation X in what was a lazy botchfest sadly. The WWE legend recently appeared at Summerslam where he came, announced the attendance, did his signature ring pyro and left.

He recently discussed this short presence in the ring for WWE’s second biggest show of the year asserting the fact that he’s happy being actually wrestling in the ring and not taking anymore bumps as he’s not very sure that he would be able to get right back up after that.

“Yeah, I actually don’t do that much anymore. I don’t want to get into a wrestling ring and actually get knocked down because I don’t know if I could get back up at this point. But yes, I still do things occasionally. For instance, WWE recently had SummerSlam, and I announced the attendance for the evening. It’s awesome for me to just go out and still be a part of it. I mean, it’s one of the greatest shows on the planet, and that’s an experience that is unlike any other when you get out there in front of thousands of people and are just able to do something like that.”
