Kevin Owens is destined to enter into a huge 2023 for himself. Working indefatigably throughout the ongoing year, thr Prizefighter now finds himself against The Bloodline. Over the last month or so, the French Canadian has created numerous issues for Roman Reigns and his family, turning the Tribal Chief enraged.

As a matter of fact, Kevin Owens will team up with John Cena against Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn, next week on SmackDown. This is certainly going to be the biggest televised match of the current year. Owens’ tag partner and 16-time World Champion John Cena is finally returning home and excitement is off the roofs.

Owens recently shared a hilarious cum interesting story about John Cena’s texting pattern. While having a conversation with Peter Rosenberg on Cheap Heat, the former revealed that the Franchise Player last texted him at around 1am at night and the text was, “I LOVE WRESTLING“. While Kevin Owens had a fun time narrating things, he disclosed how both of them text each other silly.

“We text here and there. The text messages…I’m not going to say that I actually use the emojis that he described, but it’s a lot like that. We talk about some silly stuff. ‘Remember when we had this match and this happened,’ stuff like that. We haven’t really discussed the upcoming SmackDown just yet. He’s very excited. The last text I got from him was, ‘I LOVE WRESTLING’ in all caps. Unprompted. I don’t know what he was doing. No idea. I think it was 1 AM. I don’t know where he was in the world.”

Things are sure as hell going to implode when Cena returns to the ring next week. Even more so, John Cena continues to prove himself as one of the few draws left in pro-wrestling. Since the official announcement of his return, SmackDown in Tampa Bay at the Amalie Arena sold over 4000 tickets. The arena is essentially a sold-out and only the platinum priced seats are left, as of now per WrestleTix.

Upon arriving on the scenes on main-roster, Kevin Owens first collided with John Cena. At Elimination Chamber back in 2015, the Canadian superstar pulled off a monstrous win against The Peacemaker star. This served as Owens’ main-roster debut match, which he won.

Next at Money in the Bank, Cena picked up the win before moving onto their last encounter of this trilogy. At Battleground, John Cena successfully defended the United States Championship against KO following a super Attitude Adjustment and STF submission maneuver.

Around 7 years from then, these superstars would work as a cohesive unit. They’ll hope to neutralize the unstoppable wrath of The Bloodline. According to some recent reports, WWE is expected to keep Cena in the mix for a while. It’s not going to be a one-off clash.
