Fans will never forget some of Kofi’s epic Rumble moments. In the 2012 Royal Rumble, Kofi was on the verge of being eliminated by The Miz. However, he performed a handstand and walked to the steel steps with his hands to avoid both feet touching the ground, thus saving himself. In the 2016 Royal Rumble, Kane tossed him over the top rope, but he landed over the shoulders of Big E. Another instance was the 2018 Royal Rumble, when Jinder Mahal knocked Kingston out and one of his feet touched the ground, but the other one landed on Xavier Woods. Eventually, Big E brought a plate of pancakes and placed it under Kofi’s foot, which helped Kofi save himself.
The save that tops the list is from the 2013 Royal Rumble, when Dolph Ziggler eliminated Kofi Kingston, but he landed on the announcer’s table. Kingston used his brain and asked JBL, who was the commentator at the time, for his chair. He used the chair as a pogo stick and grabbed the ring apron. According to JBL, he thinks he gave Kofi an assist that saved him from being eliminated.
