LA Knight appears to be doing an excellent job in his storyline with Bray Wyatt. The storyline, which began in November, may end at the Royal Rumble. It might also give an idea to the fans regarding Wyatt’s current character. LA Knight has undoubtedly demonstrated that he has the potential to be a top carder in the future. He has been good on the mic as well as in the ring.

LA Knight’s career has gotten a great push since he got involved in a storyline with Bray Wyatt. The former NXT star is getting noticed for his work and being praised for it. Knight made his television debut as Max Dupri on the SmackDown brand in May last year. He then introduced himself as the leader of the stable “Maximum male models.” It consisted of Mace and Mansoor, as well as his on-screen Sister Maxxine Dupri.

He ended his relationship with the Maximum Male Models in September and reverted back to his LA Knight gimmick. Knight’s character as the leader of the stable was short-lived and also lackluster. It felt as if Knight wasn’t able to connect with the character, and a change was needed. Thankfully, Knight got back to his old persona and is doing great now.

During an interview with Chris Van Vliet Knight, he spoke about the difference between his current character and Max Dupri. He stated that he had given some thought to doing something other than his LA Knight persona. However, LA Knight said that he couldn’t be anything other than himself, indicating that the Knight persona is just like him.

“Oh, boy, who? Night and damn day, very much so. You couldn’t be more opposite ends of the spectrum……so that’s what I do for a minute. But at some point eventually I’ve gotta come to terms with the fact that I can’t be anything other than myself.”

The RAW XXX episode was spectacular, with fans getting a treat with the presence of their favorite yesteryear superstars. The Undertaker also made an appearance at the event. The Undertaker was involved in the segment with Bray Wyatt and LA Knight. Knight began talking about his Royal Rumble bout but was interrupted by The Deadman.

He began to walk away but was stopped by Bray Wyatt. LA Knight then ran to the ring and was caught by Undertaker for a choke slam. The Deadman, on the other hand, pushed him toward Bray Wyatt, who delivered a Sister Abigail to Knight. The Undertaker then whispered something to Wyatt before leaving the ring. The segment was loved by the WWE Universe, with many calling it a “passing of the torch” moment.

During a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet, LA Knight spoke about his encounter with The Undertaker. He said that he wasn’t aware that he was going to be on RAW. Former NXT star quipped that he was going to smack the Undertaker but decided against it. Knight described the moment with the Undertaker as chilling and surreal.

“I didn’t even know I was gonna be going to RAW, and then last minute it’s like, ‘All right, you guys are going to RAW.’ ‘Why?’ ‘Because Royal Rumble’s coming around…..when you’re standing in that ring and that bell tolls, it’s chills, and I’m like [sarcastically thinking], ‘Oh yeah, for sure. That sumb***h hit, it was chills. It was pretty wild.”

Knight and Wyatt will face each other in a mountain dew pitch-black match. This is the first time that such a match will take place in the WWE. Fans are excited to see how it turns out at the Rumble and how the characters of both wrestlers develop.
