Crown Jewel is done and the landscape of WWE is set to get altered. The show opened with Brock Lesnar taking on Bobby Lashley in a clash of two heavyweights. When you give a look, history calls these men as two of the most decorated and physical superstars in the history of professional wrestling.
The Almighty was reluctant to wait until the official bell and he started attacking Lesnar way before. The Beast was looking vulnerable for the first time in years and Lashley made the matter worse by delivering multiple spears to begin with. The most shocking part came when amidst of the devastating Hurt Lock, the Beast somehow countered the move and pinned Bobby Lashley.
That ending was abrupt and surprisingly to say the least. One would feel safe to say that Brock survived a near death by the hands of the Almighty. Even after the match got over, an enraged Lashley once again applied the Hurt Lock over Brock Lesnar, turning him blood red by face.
Many believe that their latest encounter wasn’t enough to call off on their feud. So, for a perfect culmination, hopefully, there will be a third and final match between them. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, a third match between Lesnar and Lashley is “natural”. Although, there’s not a confirmed date for that, Elimination Chamber or Wrestlemania can end up being the possible destinations.
“The story of the match is that Lashley totally dominated him, but Lesnar won the match. It leads to they’re one and one now and there’s a natural third match. I don’t know if they’re going to save it for WrestleMania, or I don’t know when. Originally it was gonna ba Day 1, but obviously that’s out. I don’t know if they’ll do it at Survivor Series, I’m not sure where they’ll do it. They may do it in Montreal, or they may save it for Mania.”

Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley needs a proper send-off for their feud
Back in January at Royal Rumble this year, Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley faced each other for the WWE Championship. This was the very first occasion when these two goliaths stood toe to toe inside a WWE ring, ever since they debuted for the promotion. Well, this itself feels really weird to realize that they never had a match before 2022.
Due to an unexpected interference from Roman Reigns, the Almighty won the WWE Championship from Brock Lesnar. Their next meeting came inside Elimination Chamber, the injury of Lashley kept them away from even interacting as the Almighty was removed from the match. And most recently, we witnessed the physical torment of The Beast, yesterday at Crown Jewel.
Now, the singles track record between them stands even at 1-1, leaving an obvious opportunity for the ultimate bout open. If build properly, we can even see them main-event one of next year’s Wrestlemania nights. However, this would be a huge challenge upon WWE to progress their story and continue until April of 2023. Brock Lesnar is already advertised for Wrestlemania 39 in Los Angeles.
