Rey Mysterio was set to headline the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony this year following SmackDown this week. Before getting inducted, The Master of the 619 made a great gesture during WrestleMania SmackDown, commemorating the legendary Eddie Guerrero and the Latino World Order (LWO) faction.
On SmackDown during the WrestleMania 39 weekend, Rey Mysterio was suited up and ready for the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony. He also shared a nice backstage segment with Legado del Fantasma. While Santos Escobar was appreciating the legend, he and his teammates got a gift from The Master of the 619.
Moreover, Legado Del Fantasma members, along with Zelina Vega, got a T-shirt from Rey as a surprise present. It was revealed that the T-shirts had LWO printed on them. The LWO stands for Latino World Order. It was Rey’s way of paying homage to the late great Eddie Guerrero and his former legendary faction during his days in the WCW.
After receiving the priceless gift, the former Queen of the Ring Crown winner, Zelina Vega, tweeted the picture as well. The Master of the 619 has been involved in the program with Santos Escobar as an idol and a mentor for months.
As Rey heads into the extremely personal father-son match against Dominik Mysterio at the Showcase of the Immortals this year, it remains to be seen whether he prevails or puts his son over. The father-son match is a result of the constant embarrassment Rey has been put through for months by his son.

The Legacy of Rey Mysterio and the Latino World Order (LWO)
The Latino World Order (LWO) was a professional wrestling stable that appeared in WCW in the late 1990s. The group was primarily composed of Latino wrestlers and was led by Eddie Guerrero. The LWO was formed in 1998 when Eddie Guerrero turned heel and aligned himself with other Latino wrestlers in WCW.
Wrestlers such as Rey Mysterio Jr., Juventud Guerrera, and Psychosis were the members. The group’s mission was to promote the interests of Latino wrestlers. And to combat what they saw as discrimination and prejudice in the wrestling industry.
The LWO’s tenure in WCW was relatively short-lived, as the group disbanded in 1999 after Guerrero left the company. However, the stable remains a memorable part of wrestling history.
