The latest episode of SmackDown saw the coming together of The Judgment Day and The Bloodline. The two most dominant groups in WWE at the moment decided to join hands so that they could become stronger. Rhea Ripley approached Paul Heyman on SmackDown with the idea. As a result, Heyman loved it and thought of asking Roman Reigns for permission to do so.
This is when The Eradicator interrupted the Wise Man, saying that she had authorized him to make the deal. However, angrily, Heyman replied that she only makes decisions for The Judgment Day and not for The Bloodline. Paul added that those are exclusively made by Roman Reigns. Ripley would then go on to say, “Acknowledge Me,” similar to how Reigns says it.
As a result, Paul Heyman, with a shock on his face, warned the Women’s World Champion not to do that. However, confidently, Rhea Ripley replied that while he did not like it, his boy, Jey Uso, acknowledged her a couple of days ago. She also said that if The Tribal Chief has a problem with that, they can face off and figure out who is stronger.
The segment ended as Rhea Ripley walked away and Paul Heyman called Roman. However, the possibility of The Bloodline and The Judgment Day working together has fans excited. This will be a new direction to go in for both groups, with Survivor Series coming in and WarGames seemingly on the cards.
Paul Heyman accepts Rhea Ripley’s proposal in the main event of SmackDown
When Rhea Ripley made the offer to Paul Heyman, he did not accept or reject it. However, in the main event, when LA Knight was taking on Jimmy Uso, things changed. Solo Sikoa attacked The Megastar, causing a disqualification. This is when John Cena came down to the ring to help his partner. To add trouble, The Judgment Day came down to the ring and outnumbered Cena and Knight.
This is when Rhea Ripley and Paul Heyman shook hands, indicating that their deal was sealed. All the men from both groups tried to get in the ring to beat down John Cena and LA Knight. However, they also had backup as Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes ran down to the ring to even the number. All the men got into a brawl immediately, as their bodies were everywhere.
The show ended with the face team standing tall in the ring and The Bloodline and The Judgment Day trying to retreat after the attack. The go-home episode for Fastlane has fans hyped up for the matches. John Cena and LA Knight will take on Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa. On the other hand, Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso will take on Finn Balor and Damian Priest.
