The current Women’s World Champion, Rhea Ripley, fought her opponent Nia Jax at a live event show. During the match, Mami gave her a taste of her own medicine as she performed a Stink Face on her. Now, Mami reacted on social media for the first time after it all happened.

Ripley took to X, sent a message to Nia Jax, and mocked The Irresistible Force by employing a cheeky play on words as she said, “Payback’s a peach.” Interestingly, before she was hit by Stink Face, Jax was looking to do the same to Mami. However, the 27-year-old used her agility to move out of the way and hit her with the same move.

The rivalry between Ripley and Jax started long ago, as they recently fought in a singles match for the title at Elimination Chamber. However, The Eradicator stood tall and retained her championship in front of her home crowd. Although Mami came out on top in this rivalry, it was quite a task fending off a challenger like her.

Rhea Ripley will now defend her WWE Women’s World Title against Becky Lynch at WrestleMania. The Man earned the opportunity by winning a competitive and brutal Elimination Chamber match. It will be interesting to see whether Ripley continues her dominant run as champion or if Lynch finally dethrones her and walks out as the champion.

It looks like not just the WWE Universe, but some of the wrestling stars also liked Ripley’s match against Jax. After seeing the video, her fiance Buddy Matthews gave a hilarious reaction, which amused the fans.

Matthews took to X and shared his post with a reaction that said it was only a weekly occurrence for him. In this post, he meant that because Ripley was his girlfriend, it was normal for him to see the wild side of her in a match and also personally. After his comment, the wrestling fans called Matthews the luckiest man in the world.

Even Mami herself reacted under Matthews’ X post with a simple smile. There were speculations about him joining WWE, considering Ripley is a perennial main-eventer in the company. As of now, he is a part of the faction House of Black alongside Malakai Black and Brody King in AEW. The 35-year-old found success in the company, as he won the AEW World Trios Championship.
