This week, WWE dropped yet another incredible episode of Monday Night Raw. Rhea Ripley faced Shayna Baszler in a match, which turned out to be a brawl between a lot of superstars from the women’s division. However, the highlight of the show was the epic face-off between The Eradicator and her rumored WrestleMania 40 opponent, Becky Lynch.

Rhea Ripley was taking care of some Judgment Day business before heading to her match. While walking backstage, Ripley ran into Big Time Becks. The two didn’t exchange any words. However, they had an epic staredown before Ripley walked past the NXT Women’s Champion. There have been rumors swirling around that Rhea Ripley will face Becky Lynch at WrestleMania in Philadelphia next year.

The huge face-off is considered yet another tease for their possible match next year. As per some speculation, Rhea Ripley can also face Jade Cargill next year. However, the possibility of it happening is quite less, as Cargill is rumored to have a feud with Charlotte Flair. The staredown between Becky Lynch and The Eradicator is generating a lot of buzz, solidifying the possibility of their match-up.

Before Ripley plans out her feud with Becky Lynch, she has to defend her Women’s World Championship against Nia Jax, Raquel Rodriguez, Shayna Baszler, and Zoey Stark. On the other hand, The Man is all set to defend her NXT Women’s Championship against Indi Hartwell next week on Raw.

Becky Lynch wants Title Vs. Title match against Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 40

Becky Lynch is the reigning and defending NXT Women’s Champion. In an interview, Lynch expressed her desire to face Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania next year. She stated that she would like to face The Eradicator, even if it mean putting her title on the line.

While speaking with USA Today, Becky Lynch talked about a potential match against Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 40. She stated, “Maybe it will be championship for championship; winner takes all. We’ll see.” Lynch and Ripley have faced each other only once in a televised match-up, which ended in a no-contest.

It is going to be interesting to see the two superstars go one-on-one at The Showcase of Immortals. Both Lynch and Ripley have been dominating their respective divisions in the company. Ripley is involved in a heated feud with Jax and Rodriguez as of now. Becky Lynch has been working on NXT recently, where she is elevating the brand.
