Riddle and Seth Rollins officially have a cold war in real life.

Riddle and Seth Rollins, both being big WWE Superstars, somehow get involved in big events happening in the WWE Universe. For this reason, they also become the hot topic of WWE. The superstars often reveal the off-screen bond that they share with their opponents. The fights in the ring also, sometimes, go to a personal level.

Seth Rollins and Riddle had an off-screen fight in 2019. It was when Lisa Riddle, wife of Matt Riddle body shamed a large number of WWE celebrities. This also included Becky Lynch, the present wife of Seth Rollins. This caused a real life enmity between the two. This fight still continues and can be seen clearly through the posts of both the celebrities on various social media sites.

Riddle confirms that the rivalry is continuing till today

Riddle accepts that he can never be friends with Seth even though he has met him quite often. They have so many differences. The only similarity they share is their love for wrestling. He also wanted to sort out their differences at the 2020 Survivor Series but it didn’t happen in a positive way.

Riddle had also apologized to Seth for his wife’s post. “We talked. I told him – and this is exactly what I said – I said ‘Hey man, what was said, I don’t agree with it. I thought it was b******p. It’s not cool. I just want you to know I apologize, I apologize on her behalf as well“, confessed Riddle in an interview. 

Seth did not accept the apology and sarcastically took his apology. “Holy s**t. I didn’t expect that. Everything I hear from people and what I expected… that was really cool. Thank you!” was what Seth replied to Matt. That is where everything officially ended between the two. 

In the latest episode from Monday Night RAW, Seth stomped Riddle confirming his match with him. He tweeted: “I’ve hated this guy for a long time. Nashville is gonna be a reckoning“.
