With both the WWE Universal Championship as well as the WWE Championship in hand, Roman Reigns is in a place of absolute dominance. He has proved himself superior to everyone that came in between him and his title. His reign as the WWE Undisputed Champion is undoubtedly one of the best reigns in the history of WWE.
His last title defence was in Cardiff at Clash At The Castle where he fought Drew McIntyre for the same. The match was the main event and was a complete treat to the viewers. The stadium had multiple superstars from different walks of life enjoying the show.
Among the audience was one of the best professional wrestlers Tyson Fury, UFC Welterweight Champion Leon Edwards, WWE Hall Of Famer Bret Hart among many others. The celebrities got so involved in the match that they forgot if they were the audience.
One such moment during the match was when Theory tried to cash in his Money In The Bank briefcase but couldn’t. He was attacked by Tyson Fury and thus couldn’t use his title opportunity. His action has now received a praisal from Roman Reigns. He said that whatever Tyson did was “a solid”.
Roman Reigns vs Drew McIntyre was a complete package
He believed that Tyson was so lost in the match just like everyone else who was there in the stadium. Imagining what would have gone through Tyson’s mind, he said that when he saw a guy like Theory walking towards the ring trying to interrupt the great battle that was taking place
To stop him from ruining the moment, “He pulled the trigger and stopped it himself. He just stepped in, intervened, and he allowed it to play out like a champion would want it to be seen,” said Roman Reigns about Tyson Fury.
The match was eventually won by Reigns who was successful in retaining his title. Speaking for himself, Roman Reigns added, “Everything is how it needs to be. The world is perfect”. Roman Reigns is having the best time of his career dominating the entire WWE industry. His future plans regarding the title will also be revealed.
