Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch are two of the most successful superstars in WWE. They both came out with their relationship among the WWE Universe in 2019. At that time, WWE involved the couple in a feud with Lacey Evans and Baron Corbin. The feud received mixed reactions from fans. Rollins believes WWE shouldn’t have paired him with Becky Lynch and cited the reasons to back his statement.

In an interview with SHAK Wrestling, Seth Rollins talked about why his pairing with Becky did not work back then. Rollins said that their characters were in a very different position during that time. Moreover, he believes that both superstars had very different paths. The Visionary is having the time of his life as the World Heavyweight Champion. His baby face run as the champion has been significant for him. However, he recently revealed his frustration heading into Wrestlemania 38. Rollins said that he was once angry ahead of the Day 1 Premium Live Event.

Rollins was involved in the Fatal 4-way match against Big E for the Championship, which later became a Fatal 5-way with the addition of Brock Lesnar. Seth Rollins further went on, saying that the original plan was for him to face Big E for the title at WrestleMania 38 before Brock Lesnar interrupted. However, Seth later faced the returning Cody Rhodes at The Grandest Stage of Them All.

The Visionary will face Finn Balor this Sunday at SummerSlam, which is a rematch of their last match at Money in the Bank. Rollins’ title looks to be in danger, as Damian Priest is also lurking in the shadows to cash in his Money In The Bank briefcase.
