Ever since winning the NXT Women’s Championship, Becky Lynch has vowed to take the women’s division to another level and provide opportunities to rookie talents. That being said, Tegan Nox thanked the champion for inspiring her to stand up for herself following the episode of RAW earlier today.
In a backstage segment on the latest edition of RAW, The Man stumbled upon Tegan Nox. Becky told her that she was expecting someone like Nox to accept her open challenge last week, not Natalya. The NXT Women’s Champion also told her that sometimes she has to step on others’ toes to grab her due opportunity.
Following her massive victory over the veteran Natalya, the young superstar took to her X handle and shared a heartfelt tweet over WWE on FOX’s post. She extended her gratitude to Becky Lynch for inspiring her to stand up and fight for her deserving opportunity. “Thanks for reminding me just who the hell I am,” she wrote.
This week on Monday Night Raw, Tegan Nox defeated Natalya in a singles action and earned a title shot for the NXT Women’s Championship. She is set to face the winner of Becky Lynch vs. Tiffany Stratton at No Mercy for the prestigious title next week on Monday Night Raw.
Becky Lynch is all-set to face Tiffany Stratton in an Extreme Rules match at No Mercy
On the September 12 edition of NXT, Becky Lynch won the NXT Women’s Championship for the first time in her illustrious career. Now, after almost three weeks since her big win, she will put her title on the line in an Extreme Rules match against Tiffany Stratton at No Mercy.

Last week on NXT, Tiffany Stratton and Kiana James locked horns with Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria after the former duo launched an attack on Lynch in the opening segment of the night. However, they were staved off by the champion.
Lynch and Valkyria scored the victory in the main event tag match. After the matchup, an enraged Tiffany meted out chair shots on Big Time Becks and stood tall over the champion, holding the Women’s Title, prompting The Man to announce the rematch at No Mercy with an Extreme Rules stipulation.
