The Rock tries to STOP the comparison between the DC and MCU
The Rock is going to build DC
The Rock is really enthusiastic about working on the biggest project of his life, Black Adam, a new DC movie that will be released very soon and has the potential to shatter numerous records and even resurrect DC in the global film business.
This film is already being compared to other notable MCU superhero films like Iron Man and Avengers. As a result of the character’s size and the fact that Dwayne Johnson is already the biggest star on the planet, Black Adam is frequently compared to these films. The Rock was recently questioned about this MCU analogy and had some excellent things to say.

The Rock wants DC to grow and became DC, not MCU
The Rock recently responded to the rumours that DC was trying to overtake Marvel as the most popular superhero franchise, and he vehemently denied all of these claims, claiming that Marvel was something entirely different and that all of these people were his friends and played a significant economic and financial role in the movie business.
The Rock claimed that while Kevin Feige is succeeding in his efforts to create Marvel films, his ultimate goal is to create the DC universe. He doesn’t want to be like them at all; all he wants is to create the DC superhero universe. He doesn’t want to eat into Marvel’s market share; instead, he wants to create competition.
Fans praised The Rock’s remark because they believed that it was accurate and that there was a good probability that Black Adam will expand the DC Universe to rival Marvel in size. On October 21, Black Adam will be released in theatres, where it is anticipated to dominate for a few days.
Former WWE Champion Rock’s statement was, “Do I think we’re going to take any kind of bite out or Marvel? that answer is unequivocal ‘no.’ Because, to me, as we build out the DC Universe and usher in a new era is not our ultimate goal… to take a bite out of Marvel. So, we don’t wanna be Marvel. We wanna be DC and how we do things. That’s what I want. I don’t wanna take a bite out of that apple. I wanna grab a new apple and I wanna create from there.”
