The Deadman is one of many nicknames for The Undertaker who is widely considered as potentially the greatest character in wrestling industry. Moving the needle for almost 30 years is certainly not a joke but Mark Callaway have done that by utmost ease throughout his legendary career as The Undertaker.
Until the internet came into existence, Taker was a very terrifying gimmick which often gave nightmares to many due to the compelling showing that man did with particular character. The Phenom bid farewell to the WWE Universe at Survivor Series in 2020, exactly 30 years after he debuted back at the same namesake event in 1990 alongside Paul Bearer. The only thing missing from his farewell was the presence of roaring WWE Universe in person who were not in their original places due to the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions.
However, the well-deserved Hall of Fame Induction was conducted for The Undertaker this year when delivered an all-timer speech in front of a sold out crowd at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. He then went onto appear on both nights of Wrestlemania 38 as part of the entire Hall of Fame Inductee presentation.
The Undertaker will be in Cardiff for a huge event day before Clash at the Castle
Recently, there were murmurings the The Undertaker was backstage at Summerslam which led some fans to believe that they would get the Hall of Famer in some capacity in front of themselves but he never came out. WWE Summerslam was a grand success for the company as they touted the event for being the most viewed in event’s long-stored history.
But now, the next stop for a WWE Premium Live Event is international as we are headed to Cardiff on September 3rd for Clash at the Castle which would be the first stadium show in the United Kingdom after 30 years. The Undertaker is also booked for that weekend in Cardiff where he will be coming up with his brand new “1 deadMAN SHOW”.
