Roman Reigns
A majority of the WWE fans seem to be clearly pissed off with Roman Reigns for holding the title for quite an extended period. With both titles belonging to the Tribal Chief, the entire men’s division is fighting for a spot not involving the title. It now appears that the fans have to stay upset for some more time.
While the reign that ‘The Tribal Chief’ holds is incredible, there are millions of fans who want to see their favorite star proudly hold the title. Often, there are rumors of Roman dropping the title or splitting the unified titles possessed by Reigns. If the recent sources from Xero News are to be believed, then Roman Reigns will take a little more time to enjoy his title run.
Xero News, on their official Twitter handle, dropped the bomb about the WWE Championship. He claimed that Roman Reigns will not be defending the championship at any point in January or February. They also informed the public that WWE had no plans to take away the title from him until WrestleMania.
Even at the ‘Grandest Stage Of Them All,’ he is expected to walk off with both the WWE World Championship as well as the Universal Championship in his possession. Xero News also stated Roman’s massive fan following and his demand in the company to be the main reason for him holding the title for a great amount of time.

There have been multiple people who have proved themselves capable enough to hold the WWE titles. One big name that is always on the cards as a worthy opponent is Cody Rhodes. Rumors claimed that Cody would win the Money In The Bank title opportunity and defeat Reigns in a title match.
However, Cody Rhodes met with an injury owing to which Austin Theory was the winner at the Premium Live Event. Theory attempted to cash in his briefcase on several occasions, but he was utterly unsuccessful. He eventually made it through to keep his caliber and is now the United States Champion. He is currently in a feud with Seth Rollins over the title claim.

Xero News also claimed that Roman Reigns would drop the title only at the WWE Drafts 2023. WWE Drafts is expected to take place after WrestleMania and that would be the most suitable place for him to drop the title. We will have to wait and see how the WWE changes its tables after Royal Rumble which is hardly a month away from the present day.
