Roman Reigns is arguably the greatest superstar of this generation. When it comes to WWE, he is the guy and everything goes through him. But it seemed like the SmackDown general manager Nick Aldis didn’t want to acknowledge the Tribal Chief.
On tonight’s episode of SmackDown, three top stars Randy Orton, AJ Styles, and LA Knight tried to best each other on why they deserve to face Roman at Royal Rumble. However as the conversation got heated, Nick came out and announced the huge Triple Threat match between the trio in 2 weeks. Although the fans were happy, The Tribal Chief was not so much.
Nick also announced that Styles would go one-on-one with the Bloodline member Solo Sikoa in the main event. Enraged by these decisions, Reigns met with Nick backstage and berated him. Nick, much to Reigns’ dismay, didn’t back down from the threat and instead asked Reigns to treat him with respect next time.
Nick Aldis even insulted his counterpart, Raw general manager Adam Pearce by saying he is the ‘middle manager.’ Fans are already impressed by Nick’s authoritative behavior and his attitude towards all the superstars. It will be interesting to see whether he steps foot in the ring anytime in the future.
Roman Reigns had an intense conversation with a young fan during SmackDown
The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns never backs down from a verbal confrontation, even if it’s with a young fan in the audience. As such, Reigns gave a befitting reply to a young fan who was trolling him.
On a recent episode of SmackDown, Reigns was sitting on the ramp with the wise man Paul Heyman at ringside. Suddenly a young fan started throwing insults at him like ‘You Suck.’ Reigns countered with:
Where’s your daddy at boy, he ain’t here? You want me to discipline you, little boy? You want me to spank your butt? You want me to take my belt off & whoop you?Roman Reigns to young fan during SmackDown
It was nice to see that Reigns tried to stay in character and talked with young fans, keeping the kayfabe alive. As of now, Reigns is involved in a rivalry with Randy Orton and is waiting for the new challenger at Royal Rumble.
