“She is somebody who works her a*s off”- When Becky Lynch broke her character to praise an uprising star

Becky Lynch is the longest reigning Raw Women’s Champion in history. She lost her title this year in a fantastic match against the EST of WWE Bianca Belair. Since winning the title last year after squashing Belair at Summerslam in 26 seconds, Lynch was involved in some great rivalries including Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair herself, Doudrop, WWE Hall of Famer Lita and Liv Morgan.

Lynch started a program with Liv around November after the latter won a Fatal-5-way No. 1 contenders match to earn the right to challenge Becky for the Raw Women’s Title. Both women faced each other in a Title match in the main-event of December 6th edition of Monday Night Raw, however Becky retained her championship after she used the bottom rope in order to roll-up Morgan and pinned her. They met once again at the Day 1 premium-live-event in a rematch for the title. At the event, Liv Morgan once again impressed everyone by his stupendous performance but was once again unable to capture the gold.

Her counterpart Becky Lynch while appearing on Stone Cold’s Broken Skull Sessions broke her character and then showered a loads of praise over Liv Morgan saying that she works her a*s off and she has a hunger hidden inside her which is much needed to revolutionise the business. She also said that Liv will be a bigger star in future than she’s currently.

“She is somebody who works her ass off. We need that; we need women that are coming up that can hang in the main event picture. I have said this before, I can’t do it by myself. We need people that are hungry and coming up and Liv is one of those people. I really think she is going to be up there, she is already up there but she can be way up there in the future.”

Becky Lynch has been on a downfall since Wrestlemania this year

Ever since losing her title to Bianca Belair earlier this year at Mania, things have not gone Beckys way. She lost an opportunity to regain back her championship in a triple-threat match at Hell in a Cell also involving Asuka, but instead of winning the match Becky herself got pinned by the hands of the champion Bianca Belair. Next, on last week’s edition of Monday Night Raw, she lost a Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match spot after failing to qualify for the match against Asuka.

As of now she’s not a part of Money in the Bank. Becky Lynch is a certified star ans she can make it to the top whenever she wishes to do so but the question is when? Maybe she someone manages to get in that MITB ladder match possibly by getting a last-chance qualification or by pre-injuring someone by attacking any of the participants before the match. As of writing, Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, Shotzi, Alexa Bliss, Asuka and Lacey Evans have all qualified for the Women’s MITB ladder match. Money in the Bank premium-live-event takes place on July 2nd from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada which was originally scheduled for Allegiant Stadium.
