The latest update will feature former Universal Champion Bray Wyatt and his alter-ego Uncle Howdy as playable characters. The official Twitter handle of 2K23 recently shared a picture of Bray Wyatt’s video game character, leaving fans excited.

WWE 2K23 is the 24th overall game that WWE has produced. It is also the 10th game under the 2K banner. It was released in March 2023 and has received overall good reviews from fans and critics. The game is available in three versions, with John Cena on the cover. The game can be played in various modes and is available in single-player as well as multiplayer modes.

The latest update was posted on the social media accounts of 2K23 as well as WWE. With a caption saying, “Amidst the darkness lies the truth,” WWE posted the Uncle Howdy version of Bray Wyatt’s playable character in WWE 2K23. As a result, fans are showing their excitement, as Uncle Howdy has been one of the most intriguing characters that WWE has had in the last year.

Unfortunately, before the character of Uncle Howdy could unfold on WWE television, Bray Wyatt was shelved due to an undisclosed injury. He missed WrestleMania 39 due to the same, and his feud with Bobby Lashley was therefore scrapped.

Due to his abrupt hiatus, a lot of plans were canceled, as WWE reportedly had big things in store for the former Universal Champions. However, the latest reports suggest that the company has some major plans for Bray Wyatt at SummerSlam this year.
