Under the Vince McMahon era, changes in creative plans at the eleventh hour have been an inevitable thing. The former WWE Chairman had a way of tearing up the script just hours before the beginning of the show. However, the WWE programming went through a transition, with Triple H taking creative control. Things have been moving smoothly and effortlessly in Hunter’s era. However, there have been reports that this week’s edition of SmackDown went through a few creative changes just in time.

The February 24 edition of SmackDown this week aired from the Ford Center in Evansville. According to Sean Ross Sapp, there have been a few changes in plans before the show. Initially, Liv Morgan wasn’t scheduled to be a part of the SmackDown programming this week. However, her appearance was orchestrated just a few hours before the show began. The WWE Universe saw Liv Morgan in a backstage interview segment with Megan Morant. Moreover, the segment was just to build up a match between Morgan and Ripley next week.

Another creative plan that WWE chalked out initially was for Tegan Nox to sell an injury angle as a part of the storyline. However, WWE made alterations in the last moment, and this didn’t happen. It is still ambiguous whether the company will carry out this angle for Tegan on an upcoming episode of SmackDown or if it has been curtailed. Therefore, it can be speculated that the company has some different plans in mind for the upcoming shows for those superstars.

The episode of SmackDown this week that took place at Ford Center Arena saw a significant spike in viewership. Despite the absence of Roman Reigns, the show’s ratings increased. According to overnight numbers, the show drew over 2.3 million viewers. As WWE is on the road to WrestleMania, the fans are on the edge of their seats to tune into the shows. Besides, SmackDown on Fox has consistently performed well in terms of viewership.

The biggest event of the year is just a month away. Besides, it will be Triple H’s biggest PLE since assuming control of the WWE Creative. The WWE Universe believes that they will get to behold many splendid things at The Show of Shows this year under Triple H. However, without a shadow of doubt, the fans believe that the WWE product has become better with The Cerebral Assassin at the helm.

Therefore, the WWE Universe believe that Triple H has many creative plans in store for their biggest show of the year. It may include stipulation matches and big surprises. According to rumors, Hunter is planning a Hell in a Cell match for WrestleMania 39. Moreover, a gimmick match is inevitable on one of the nights. Furthermore, rumors suggest that the fans might get to witness a new, unique match known as the WWE Jailhouse Streetfight Match. As a result, fans are ecstatic to see Triple H’s inventive plans for the year’s biggest two-night spectacular event.
