WrestleMania is the night of the year where legends rise and superstars consolidate their legacies. It is known as the “Showcase of the Immortals.” The SoFi Stadium will host the two-night spectacular event from Los Angeles on April 1 and 2. WWE has some major surprises and names locked in for the biggest night of the year. The company is reportedly heading in the same direction. It is all set for another sponsored match at the Grandest Stage of All, similar to the Pitch Black match at the Royal Rumble this year, which was sponsored by Mountain Dew. The two-night event will be stacked with some spectacular matches and monumental moments.

Bray Wyatt and LA Knight wrestled in a maiden Pitch Black match at the Royal Rumble that was full of surprises and wonders. The Mountain Dew-sponsored match fascinated a global audience. The fans enjoyed the match throughout. Likewise, the fans will yet again get an opportunity to behold a similar sight at WrestleMania this year. The sponsored match at this year’s Royal Rumble captivated fans worldwide with such a unique visual experience. As a result, the company is planning to recreate a similar match yet again.

Bray Wyatt on Pitch Black Match

Craig Stimmel, the company’s senior vice president, told The Hollywood Reporter that WWE is planning another sponsored match on one of the nights of WrestleMania 39. He said, “I don’t want to give away too much, but it’ll be around a match and the sponsorship of that match and what they’ll be able to bring to that match. So we’re going to do things that fit inside of our storyline as well.” In addition to that, he said there would be a post-show press conference. Furthermore, WrestleMania has always been the night of the year when fans witness some of the most iconic moments in the industry’s history.

According to the WWE Senior Vice President, this year’s WrestleMania-sponsored revenue is 43% higher than last year’s. Additionally, he said that WWE has a diverse set of sponsorships. Pepsi, Mars/Snickers, Take-Two, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch are some of the prominent brands that are reportedly in the running to sponsor this year’s WrestleMania match. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the sponsorship revenue for WrestleMania 39 will be in the $14-15 range. This would be a new record for the event. The company has the ideal setting for another one-of-a-kind sponsored match. For the WWE Universe, the road to WrestleMania will be full of mysteries and surprises.
