#5 When Mandy Rose landed straight onto Otis

The women’s division of WWE does not fall behind to prove themselves in any WWE event. One such great moment was witnessed at the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble match, where Mandy Rose made a great save. WWE’s storylines then included a budding romantic angle between Mandy Rose and Otis, who helped Mandy stay in the match.

Mandy was thrown out of the ring, and everyone expected the throw to be the move that eliminated her. Despite landing face-down, Mandy was not eliminated. Her feet did not touch the ground as she landed on top of Otis. She later stood on him and re-entered the ring, giving the audience a great Royal Rumble for generations to come.

Kacy was thrown out of the ring, but she landed her feet on the barricade top. She took the iconic hand walk of Kofi Kingston to the steel steps and tied her feet around the corners. After the strong grip, she pulled herself up, clinging to the pole, and entered the match amidst a shocked audience.

#3 When Shawn Michaels’ move turned the result of the match

While many stars have trusted the WWE ropes with their body weight to save themselves from the Royal Rumble eliminations, Shawn Michaels’ presence of mind changed the entire result of the 1995 Royal Rumble match. With only two stars remaining within the ring, Michaels’ move turned the entire match on his side.

The British Bulldog threw Shawn over the ropes and considered himself the winner, but the referees’ eyes were hinged on an imbalanced Micheals, who tried his level best to not let both of his legs touch the ground. Before she could think of anything to help her reach the ring, she found one end of Bianca Belair’s hair on the ground. She took its support and helped her feet onto the ring. She was also able to convince Belair to make a cumulative effort and take them both safely back to the match.

The Ghanaian star, Kofi Kingston, is probably the best performer when it comes to the Royal Rumble match. He has shown great athleticism in and outside the ring in almost all the Royal Rumble matches. While there are multiple moments from his career that deserve a place on this list, the best one comes from the 2013 Royal Rumble, when Kofi walked on his hands all around the ring.

Kingston was sent out of the ring only to land on Tensai’s back. The entire audience was left stunned as they witnessed something like this for the first time. He went ahead and jumped on the announcer’s table and demanded JBL give him his chair. He worked out his plan and used the chair as a pogo stick to get back to the ring. Kofi’s move inspired great creativity in the Royal Rumble matches years later.
