The Rock betrays Roman Reigns, former WWE Champion hospitalized: 5 bold predictions for Bad Blood 2024
From The Final Boss returning to a violent Hell in a Cell bout, here are five possible directions for WWE Bad Blood 2024.

WWE Bad Blood 2024 predictions (via WWE)
For the first time since 2004, WWE will host Bad Blood at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. The upcoming Premium Live Event (PLE) will center around the demonic Hell in a Cell stipulation. CM Punk and Drew McIntyre will finally settle their 10-month-long rivalry inside the structure.
Furthermore, WWE’s two biggest stars will join forces for the first time ever. Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes have mutually agreed to team up and take down the common enemy, The Bloodline. The Judgment Day storyline continues as Damian Priest will finally get his hands on Finn Balor. Meanwhile, Rhea Ripley has set her sights on the Women’s World Championship as she faces Liv Morgan for the title.
On the SmackDown side of things, Bayley will square off against Nia Jax in a rematch for the WWE Women’s Championship. Given the stars on the show, this has been one of the most anticipated wrestling events of the year. With less than 48 hours remaining, here are 5 things that could possibly happen at Bad Blood:
Raquel Rodriguez returns and helps Liv Morgan retain her title
The Women’s World Title bout will see Dominik Mysterio hanging from a shark cage. Although Rhea Ripley believes she has gained a huge advantage, she might be turning a blind eye to her longtime rival. For the past few weeks, there have been a few teases on social media, which suggests Raquel Rodriguez will be returning soon.

Rodriguez, who not only despises Ripley but is also a former tag team partner of Morgan, could possibly be the newest member of The Judgment Day. On Raw, Finn Balor hinted that he had ‘sorted’ out a situation, arriving late due to travel issues. With that said, the 33-year-old star might hamper The Eradicator’s plans of becoming Women’s World Champion.
Tiffany Stratton finally cashes in on her best friend Nia Jax
Another storyline that has been building since SummerSlam is the dynamic between Tiffany Stratton and Nia Jax. Since the latter won the Women’s Championship last month, she has had a huge target on her back. Stratton, Ms. Money in the Bank, has contemplated cashing in her contract on several occasions, only to be stopped by Jax.

On last week’s SmackDown, the two friends had a tense backstage conversation. The Irresistible Force warned Stratton after multiple miscommunications between the pair. This might’ve been the final straw for the former NXT Women’s Champion, who’ll likely not hesitate when she receives another opportunity. In fact, the biggest moment of her career could take place as soon as Bad Blood during Jax’s match against Bayley.
Kevin Owens finally snaps and attacks Cody Rhodes
It’s not been a good few weeks for friendships on the blue brand. Another longtime camaraderie that has been affected is the one between Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens. The latter has not taken Rhodes’ decision to ally with Roman Reigns at Bad Blood well. In fact, Owens overruled his friend’s challenge last week and told him to focus on his upcoming bout.

In the main event, things turned chaotic. Rhodes inadvertently cost Owens and Randy Orton their tag team match against Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. As a result, KO and Cody had a heated confrontation as Orton separated the pair. Although Owens managed to calm down, he might reach his breaking point soon. At Bad Blood, The Prizefighter could finally pull the trigger by attacking Rhodes during the tag team match.
Drew McIntyre leaves the State Farm Arena in an ambulance
For almost two decades, the Hell in a Cell stipulation had lost its true meaning. What was intended to be a grudge match between two rivals slowly became a PPV-based concept. However, the recent feud between CM Punk and Drew McIntyre has certainly brought back the initial fear of the cage. Both stars have no other choice but to end their personal rivalry inside the demonic structure at Bad Blood.

In the past few weeks, McIntyre and Punk have promised to make their opponent bleed. Moreover, both men are ready for this bout to be the end of their respective careers. Hence, it won’t be a surprise if the loser of this match winds up on a stretcher on his way to a medical facility. At the moment, the odds are stacked against The Scottish Warrior.
The Rock returns to betray Roman Reigns
Yesterday, reports confirmed that the tag team match will headline Bad Blood. Despite the Hell in a Cell bout posing a better argument, WWE opting for Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes teaming up has fueled online speculation. The Rock has been heavily rumored to be closing in on his return. In fact, he could show up on Saturday during the main event.

The Final Boss won’t be happy with his cousin, whom he fought alongside to ensure Rhodes wouldn’t win the Undisputed Title. Feeling betrayed, Rocky might take revenge by attacking Reigns during the main event. Moreover, the Hollywood star can finally come face-to-face with Cody after their tense segment on the Raw after WrestleMania.
