Esports has become popular in recent years. Many popular competitive games and their major tournaments have been a hit amongst fans! Furthermore, games like CS2 and Valorant have become fan favorites in the eSports field. Additionally, the recent Esports Awards 2023 was a successful event and paid homage to many deserving Esports personalities. And Evil Geniuses Valorant coach Potter has won the Esports Coach of the Year award!
The Esports Awards 2023 revealed the highly anticipated event on Thursday, November 30, in Las Vegas. Notably, the events intend to honor individuals and groups connected to the esports sector across a variety of gaming genres with the awards. Furthermore, the Esports Awards 2023 featured 29 categories, each with one nomination from around the world. Additionally, many Esports players like Faker, mONESY, and others got many awards across different categories!
Furthermore, the Esports Awards 2023 was indeed a great event, and every eSports fan loved it! Moreover, games like Valorant and their publishers, Riot Games, were a phenomenon in the event! They won many awards and had the fan base hyped up throughout. Moreover, this event dedicated itself to Valorant and its eSports scene, with Evil Geniuses Valorant coach Potter winning the Esports Coach of the Year!

This VCT 2023 season has been one of the best runs so far. Evil Geniuses concluded the Valorant Champions 2023 Grand Finals and took home the Champions’ trophy. The Americas team left Pacific champs, PRX, in the dirt to claim the title of Champions. However, the majority of the credit for Evil Geniuses’ win would go to the team’s head coach, Potter. The team under Potter’s coaching performed well and won the championship!
Potter pushed EG’s exceptional performance, earning them loads of achievements not just in the Grand Finals but throughout the season. And this exceptional run even crowned her the first woman to win a Major eSports Championship.
Furthermore, Potter’s efforts have finally been rewarded as the Evil Geniuses coach has won the Esports Coach of the Year award at the Esports Awards 2023! After around 18 years of being in the eSports industry, this woman powerhouse has shown everyone how well female eSports players can do in the sector. Potter, now, isn’t just the first woman to win a Major championship but also the Esports Coach of the Year!
Fans can’t be any more proud of the teaching from EG’s head coach. With Potter receiving many awards this year, fans are eager to see what new strategies and plays the EG coach will show in the VCT 2024! Potter is well-deserving for this award and would do much better in the future!
