Before announcing that she is a presenter at the Crunchyroll Anime Awards 2023, Valkyrae revealed that she is also going to work on a long project there. Though she has referred to this ‘project’ multiple times, her community never knew that it would take place in Japan.

She informed this during a YouTube live stream after confirming that her Japan trip will also include Sykkuno, HasanAbi, WillNeff, Mauricio and some other team members. The 100 Thieves co-owner stated,

“We’re going to Japan for like eight days and… there’s actually two things I’m doing in Japan, one of them you’ll never find out about because it’s part of that really long project thing that I’m working on.”

The announcement scheduled to be made on Valentine’s Day has already been revealed. As for the long project, she is planning to keep it a surprise until things are finalized.
