It seems that Twitch streamer Felix ‘xQc’ Lengyel is having some issues with his verification mark on Twitter. He took to the platform to send out a request to Elon Musk, the CEO of the social media giant to replace his current verification mark with a ‘shiny yellow one’ mark.

The owner of Twitch game show ‘Juiced’ initially started the tweet by giving his ‘apparent’ introduction. He referred himself as the ‘lil’ bro’, the ‘He don’t know you’ guy as well as a ‘complete loser’. xQc later explained that during the past few months, his blue verification checkmark has lost its value (-99%).

“Would it be possible to get a shiny yellow one please?”, Felix asked Elon Musk for the yellow verification tick, that is primarily given to business accounts. One can notice that the official accounts of video games are given the yellow tick mark on Twitter to get distinguished from other accounts.

xQc went on a humorous note later on as he stated, “I will continue providing no value to your service”. Even though Felix Lengyel is a renowned Twitch streamer, whether or not Elon Musk will see his post and grant him his wish, is a matter of uncertainty. Nevertheless, his tweet has already gone viral with 3.9 million views on the platform.

xQc’s tweet caught the eyes of the Two-Time amongst other streamers and his fans. Herschel ‘Dr DisRespect‘ Beahm IV replied to the Twitch streamer’s post claiming that he also needs the same verification mark on Twitter. He called out Elon Musk and explained-

“I don’t have gold chains like X, but I do drive multiple Lamborghinis with gold interior stitching on my headrests.”

Furthermore, the YouTube Gaming streamer mentioned his height and how athletic he is, although one doubts, that it has hardly to do anything with getting the golden verification mark on Twitter.

xQc’s tweet became the lead for several other live streamers and content creators who replied that they too are a ‘nobody’ but they wish to take the yellow mark on the platform. Here are some hilarious reactions that followed shortly after the streamer uploaded the post-

Twitter CEO Elon Musk had started charging $8 a month to the accounts who wish to avail the features of the verified account on the platform. On the flip side, iOS users are liable to pay $11 a month to access the subscriber-only feature. Several renowned personalities expressed their dissatisfaction on this, but the policy got implemented at the end.
