“Max lost cause he’s a fraud,” F1 fans come up with bizarre theories as Twitter removes blue ticks for Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton
The new Twitter mandate has led to all the F1 racers losing their verified badges except for one driver.

Ever since Elon Musk’s takeover, Twitter has undergone several curious changes, but the Formula 1 community on the popular social media platform has remained silent till now. But the latest mandate from Twitter caused the most popular Formula 1 drivers such as Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen to lose their legacy verified account blue ticks, and this has led to massive confusion in F1 town. The fans of these two drivers are often at odds with each other, and now that Twitter has removed the verified badges from both their accounts, they have come up with bizarre theories as to why such an action was taken.
When Elon Musk first acquired the majority shares of Twitter Inc, he started a paid service where the users of the social media networking platform would pay to have a blue verified badge placed beside their username. Previously, Twitter used to give blue ticks to all the celebrities and VIPs who used the site to reach out to their fans, and there was no payment model for it. But Musk saw a business opportunity in this, and he made the blue badge accessible to all the users who wanted to pay for it.
Recently, Twitter removed the verified badges of the users who were previously given blue ticks, but they did not pay for the service. Thus, Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton–the two world-famous F1 drivers who boasted blue ticks beside their usernames because of their celebrity statuses–lost their badges. Now, fans came up with some answers on their own to explain why such a thing happened.
