While things have looked pretty solid for the Spaniard on the F1 track so far, he has taken his high spirits on to Twitter and has indulged in a friendly tussle with the admin of F1, ahead of the upcoming Australian Grand Prix.
Fernando Alonso has been in a buoyant mood since the Bahrain GP, and it has started to show in the way he has been carrying himself lately. The Australian GP is around the corner, and to switch things up a bit, the admin of F1’s Twitter handle decided to post an upside-down picture of the Albert Park F1 Circuit. Seeing the shenanigans of the F1 admin, Alonso was just not able to hold himself back from coming up with a cheeky response.

Coming into the 2023 F1 season, no one was sure whether Aston Martin would be able to produce a competitive car or not. However, all the rumors were put to bed by Fernando Alonso at the Bahrain Grand Prix. The AMR23 has got some serious pace this year and on the back of it, Alonso has managed two podiums in the first two races of the season.
The Spaniard was able to put in a sensational performance at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix as well, and as things stand, he is currently third in the Drivers Championship behind Red Bull’s Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez. However, there is still a bit of work to do for Aston Martin if they are to challenge the mighty Red Bull F1 team this year. The upgrades of the Silverstone-based team would play a key role in determining whether Alonso would be able to fight for the Championship or not.
Taking everything into account, Aston Martin has gotten off to a solid start during the ongoing campaign, and the onus is now going to be on the crew to keep improving the AMR23 as much as possible.
