Fans have an epic reaction to Lewis Hamilton's latest post on social media revealing his hunger.
Lewis Hamilton
Sir Lewis Hamilton took to social media to share a heartwarming story of his first go-kart. The little boy from Stevenage who is all grown up now reflects on his first experience receiving a go-kart. His cheeky behaviour made him take a peek at his present before he was supposed to. He later went on to act surprised when his parents called him to unwrap his gift.
The seven-time world champion states that from the first time, he drove a go-kart, he felt at one and knew he was meant to do this. He explained how powerful and hungry he was compared to the other kids. The Briton declared that the hunger was there from day one and it is still here. He made it loud and clear that he is not going anywhere.
To quote Hamilton “I was hungry then, so much hungrier now”. Ever since he shared the post on social media, there has been a bunch of mixed reactions towards his statement. The fans are super excited and wish him well. “It’s time to feast”, “Now we cook”, “8th loading”, “he will eat in 2023”, and “Oh he ate.” are some of the applauding tweets.
Lewis Hamilton declares he is hungrier now, more than ever
While most fans were hyped up after this post, some took to Twitter and shared their hilarious responses telling him to eat. “Order some food then, people be complaining about everything these days” “Should probably visit RB hospitality, heard they have a lot of food,” in reference to Red Bull’s breach in the cost cap due to catering as one of the reasons. One user even commented, “When my Deliveroo gets stuck in traffic”. Take a look at the amusing responses:
Hamilton’s fans have been riled up since Abu Dhabi 2021, when he was so close to winning his eighth title. But the hopes were shattered. It was a dramatic moment in Formula 1. Now the team as a whole is gunning for another championship. The 2022 season was not favourable for Mercedes, it started rough with the porpoising. While the team made progress in that aspect they could not fight for the title.
With a statement like that from Hamilton, the fans are bound to have high expectations. Mercedes are all set to launch the W14 on February 15th. Lewis Hamilton, George Russell, Mick Schumacher and Toto Wolff will be attending the event. The launch will be streamed live on YouTube, Facebook & Twitter.
