WATCH: “Bro just activated Rookie mode” – Max Verstappen gives fans a scare on his way out of the pitlane at British GP Qualifying
Max Verstappen has run into the wall during his way out of the pitlane at the British Grand Prix Qualifying, and this might change the entire outcome of the race tomorrow.

The much-anticipated British GP Qualifying is underway and things have started escalating during the first segment itself–thanks to Max Verstappen. On the other hand, the race in Silverstone is Mercedes Champ Lewis Hamilton‘s native race and he has already won eight times there. After a poor start to the current season, Lewis has managed to give his fans some hope after his podium wins in Australia, Spain and Canada. But the Briton failed to shine at the recently-held Austrian Grand Prix and he just finished Q1 in Silverstone with P4 behind teammate George Russell.
According to most of the F1 pundits, Silverstone is an undoubtedly complicated circuit that allows for some lightning-fast driving, and all eyes are currently on Red Bull to see how they perform there. Till now, nine Grands Prix have already been held in 2023 and the Austrian squad of Christian Horner have won all of them. Thus, fans are waiting with baited breath to find out how they fare at Aston Martin and McLaren’s home race. But they have just lost one of their drivers in Q1 as Sergio Perez failed to make it into the top 10.
With all their hopes pegged on Max Verstappen, Red Bull had called his car in for a pit lane session. On his way out of the pits, Max Verstappen accidentally ran his RB-19 into the wall, causing his front wing to sustain some damage. This incident sent all the F1 fans into a frenzy because most of them were hoping he would snatch pole position at Silverstone after his back to back victories in the last five races.

Max Verstappen’s ‘rookie mistake’ makes fans wonder what happened to him on his way out of the Red Bull pitlane

With two World Championships under his belt, Max Verstappen has proven his talent already as he is on his way towards a title hat-trick. At a time like this, a single mistake from him can make all his critics question his merit as the best driver on the track. And that is exactly what happened when he crashed into the wall on his way out of the pitlane at the historic Silverstone circuit.
Here is what the fans had to say about it–
As for Max Verstappen’s predicted outcome at the British GP, former seven-time F1 Grand Prix winner Juan Pablo Montoya had said he wishes the Dutchman wins all the remaining races of this year. But it remains to be seen if the twenty-five year old’s mistake while going out of the pitlane at Silverstone during the Quali costs him a front row start to the Main Race on Sunday.
