Referring to this sad end for Germany, some of the Qatari pundits and people have started bashing and trolling them about their gestures and statements made during their first FIFA World Cup match against Japan. Germany decided to put their hands over their mouths referring to being shut by FIFA on their protest of human rights and LGBTQI+ views of the host country Qatar.

Germany was one among the seven European teams that faced criticism and pressure from the sporting sanctions if they would go on to wear the rainbow armband that symbolizes diversity and tolerance. And Qatari fans despite their team losing three matches had a moment to cheer about when Germany got eliminated from the tournament.
