Gerard Pique’s bond with Lionel Messi has certainly fractured since the Argentine’s exit from Camp Nou. According to several Spanish outlets, Gerard Pique even intimidated the Blaugrana board to push for La Pulga’s exit from Barcelona. Pique described the situation as ‘financially suitable’ for the club.

After Lionel Messi completed his move to PSG, his friend Alfonso Aguilera also took shots at the former Catalan defender and accused him of betraying the ’10’ of the Albiceleste.
