Andrew Tate is often considered by his fans a former World renowned kickboxing champion. Similarly, the current UFC middleweight champion, Alex Pereira is also a former kickboxing champion. Given the timeline of their Kickboxing career, it was assumed their paths crossed, however, that is not the case at all.

Unlike Pereira, Tate found his popularity through the internet, not from kickboxing. The half-British went viral on the internet which helped him gain a tremendous amount of support from young men all around the world. His fans claim that Tate is an elite-level kickboxer and was dominating the kickboxing scenario in his prime. However, Tate mostly fought in local kickboxing promotions in Romania and England.

On the other hand, someone like Alex Pereira is a certified beast and has a huge name in the kickboxing community. Pereira has fought in some of the premier kickboxing promotions such as WGP and Glory. The Brazilian was knocking opponents down and has defended his titles several times in Glory kicks.  It is safe to say when it comes to pure comparison of the level of competition and skillset in the Kickboxing world, Tate is not even close to Pereira.
