Antetokounmpo has been averaging a career-best 31.3 points and 11.8 rebounds per game and has lead the Bucks to a league-best 53-20 record. A major boost for the Bucks has been the emergence of Big-man Brook Lopez on the defensive end. Lopez leads the league in blocks per game with 2.5 and along with Antetokounmpo, has contributed to the Bucks’ position atop the defensive ratings.

Giannis Antetokounmpo has not been listed on the Bucks’ injury report and is expected to play tonight. Khris Middleton is currently undergoing Load Management and is listed as day-to-day. Jae Crowder’s (calf) status is yet to be decided.
The Nuggets have listed Collin Gillespie (lower leg) out for tonight’s matchup. The previous matchup between the Bucks and the Nuggets in January did not feature Jokic, Murray and Caldwell-Pope but this time around, things seem to be different.

Where does Giannis Antetokounmpo play?

Antetokounmpo is a 6’11, 242-pound tank of pure muscle and athleticism. He entered the league as a relatively skinnier person and started at the Small Forward, but later moved to the Power Forward after bulking up in 2016 and has been starting at the same position ever since. He is one of the best rim protectors in the league and was the NBA Defensive Player Of The Year in 2019-20.
Small forwards are usually the most versatile players on a team and are expected to make cuts, drive in and lead fastbreaks. Giannis Antetokounmpo shot 10-of-13 from the field and 3-of-6 from the foul line in Friday’s 144-116 win over the Jazz, accounting for 24 points, six rebounds, 11 assists, two steals, and one 3-pointer in 25 minutes. Milwaukee jumped out to a big lead and then put the game away during the third quarter, so there was no need for Giannis to play in the fourth. Antetokounmpo has accumulated a total of 3003 fantasy points this season, averaging 51.8 fantasy points per game.
