The Boston Celtics suffered a terrible defeat at the hands of the Miami Heat, losing their golden comeback opportunity. The Celtics were down 3-0 when they turned the series around and won three games straight, only to lose in Game 7. The 84-103 loss was accompanied by terrible performances from their own players, which was allegedly the sole cause of the loss. Be it Jaylen Brown’s abysmal dribbling and shooting or Jayson Tatum’s off-night from the field, they majorly contributed to the thrashing.
After this horrendous loss, NBA Fans across the world are afraid of the Bostonians’ uprising online, which won’t necessarily be nice. The Celtics fanbase has been one of the “fiercest” in NBA history and has managed to intimidate several people, including the likes of LeBron James. Following their elimination from the playoffs, many expect the Boston fans to go haywire with their racism.
This claim, backed up by fans across the world, has previously been validated by LeBron James in the past. While talking about Celtics fans, James made some bold comments. On the show “The Shop,” James was asked, “Why do you hate Boston?” James had a simple answer. He said, “Cause they racist as f**k that’s why.”
James also added incidents where beer was poured on him after the game, along with several other racist comments. Be it James or even Kyrie Irving; no player has managed to come out of Boston unscathed. After this loss, NBA Twitter is worried about the fate of other players remaining there.

The Celtics fanbase has been deemed as one of the most toxic fanbases across the world by NBA Fans who watch the sport intently. Another such incident that adds to their toxicity was a Celtics fan wearing a T-Shirt comparing Kyrie Irving to the likes of Putin, Kim Jong Un, and ISIS in Game 6. While there are several such incidents that point to racism in Boston, Twitteratis are now worried about the fate of other players there.
